Q: How do I delete my account?

A: Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

Q: What if I want to write more than one entry per day (free tier)?

A: Free users get 1 entry per day. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited entries.

Q: Can I choose my daily Bible verse?

A: Free users receive random verses from all 66 books. Premium users can select a specific book to journey through (verses are still random within that book).

Q: How does the AI spiritual summary work?

A: After you write your entry, our AI (powered by GPT-4) reads both the daily verse and your reflection, then provides:

• A summary connecting the verse to your life
• Encouragement and comfort
• 3 practical action steps

Q: Is the AI theologically sound?

A: We've designed prompts to ensure Biblical accuracy and alignment with historic Christian orthodoxy. However, AI is a tool—not a replacement for Scripture, prayer, or pastoral guidance.

Q: Can I export my journal entries?

A: Premium users can export all entries as PDF or email backup from Settings > Export Data.

Q: How much does Premium cost?

A: $7-9 per month (pricing may vary by region). Cancel anytime.

A: Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

A: We do not offer refunds for partial months. You're welcome to cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Q: How do accountability partners work?

A: Premium feature. You invite someone to journey through a Bible book with you. You both:

• Receive the same daily verse (from the chosen book)
• Write your own private entries
• Can optionally share entries with each other
• Get notifications when your partner journals

Q: Can my partner see all my entries?

A: Only entries you explicitly mark as "shared." You control what they see.

Q: Can I have multiple accountability partners?

A: Currently, you can have one active partner at a time.

Q: What are the business owner tools?

A: Premium includes:

• Business prayer journal (separate from personal)
• Stewardship tracker (tithes, offerings, giving)
• Biblical business wisdom (AI suggests relevant Scripture for business scenarios)

Q: Is this just for entrepreneurs?

Q: Who can see my journal entries?

A: Only you (and accountability partners you explicitly share with). We never sell or share your data.

Q: What data do you collect?

A: See our full Privacy Policy. In short: email, journal entries, usage data. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Q: How secure is my data?

A: We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL in transit, encrypted at rest). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.

Q: Do you train AI on my journal?

A: No. We send entries to OpenAI's API for processing, but they do not train models on your data per their API terms.

Q: The app isn't loading. What should I do?

A: Try:

1. Refresh the page (Cmd+R or Ctrl+R)
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Try a different browser
4. Check your internet connection

Q: Can I use The Quiet Place on mobile?
